Ila Rogers Photography is a one-person studio, assuring you Ila, not an assistant, will do the photography of your wedding. Ila Rogers has been photographing weddings and portraits in Jackson Hole and around the world for over 30 years. Ila finds the intimacy with working alone assures the consistency of quality for the couple. If the wedding is of a size that an assistant is required an additional photographer will be hired by the studio. Ila loves photographing weddings; capturing that special time of life for the couple, their families and friends. It should not just be snapshots, it is an art and should be done with care and insight into the personalities of the persons involved.

Each wedding and couple is different and each wedding should be photographed showing that uniqueness. In order to achieve this, Ila becomes acquainted with the couple and listens to them. It is very important in the art of photography to understand your subjects, whether it is a portrait or wedding, to provide truly special photographs. For this reason it is encouraged that couples choose their own photographer and not leave the choice to an event planner.

Photojournalist style and the use of black and white have become very popular and Ila has always shot with a mix of traditional and photojournalism. Depending on the wishes of the couple it is easy to tailor the style to fit. Black and white photos and many creative photographs can be done after the shoot in Photoshop, with unlimited imagination.

Any parent albums and enlargements can be added to your package from the à la carte price list. Any of these items ordered and paid for in advance of the wedding will receive a 20% discount. Decorative photo albums, arrangements, DVD’s and Archived Galleries are available.

DVD’s can be added to all coverage’s at the time of booking your event, a non-refundable deposit of $450.00 is required. The remainder fo the plan coverage cost will be due by the date of the wedding. Additional enlargements or albums ordered will be billed at the time of order placement, sales tax (WY residents) and postage for the plan
